Let’s face it. As a species, we really like the easy way out. We play the lottery every week to try to make the financial problems go away. We go through a drive-thru for food. And yes, we buy Shake Weights to build muscle in just 6 minutes a day! Let’s not forget we were willing to take Alli, even though their packaging and website clearly warns that taking Alli may cause “oily spotting, loose stools, and more frequent stools that may be hard to control” (from here).
But the truth of the matter is, convenience rarely produces positive results. If you want a life that is amazing, it usually takes a little sweat. And a lot of hard work. This is especially true for our health. There is no easy pill to make you look and feel good.
So, for the month of February, I want to go over some basics of exercise. This is the second half of true health, but it must follow a healthy and nutritious diet that can support your exercise.
